Rosemary Siemens

International violinist and vocal sensation Rosemary Siemens is known for her love of sparkle, bling, quirky laugh, and warm genuine country-girl personality. Originally from a century family farm in Plum Coulee, Manitoba, and currently based in Burnaby, B.C., Rosemary has been mesmerizing audiences around the world while performing on a three-hundred-year-old violin that was played in King Louis XIV’s orchestra that she named Sparkle.

Rosemary has had the honor of gracing some of the world’s most iconic stages. She’s performed in over twenty-five countries, for two U.S Presidents and Canadian Prime Ministers, four times at New York’s legendary Carnegie Hall, at Nashville’s iconic Grand Ole Opry, and was the first instrumentalist to ever perform at the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica at the Vatican since it’s first mass in 1483. Rosemary has also performed for GRAMMY-Award-Winning music producer David Foster, The Gospel Music Awards, The Latin GRAMMY Awards, the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, and The Canadian National Prayer Breakfast in Ottawa.

Inspired by her country roots and small-town upbringing, her latest album, Plum Coulee, My Home, with her band The Sweet Sound Revival has gained international success including winning “Best Country/Gospel Album” at Canada’s Gospel Music Awards and the Global Music Awards Gold Medal. She was also honored with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for her contribution to the arts in Canada.

With over thirty-million views on YouTube and Facebook, Rosemary’s passion is to share her musical journey and adventures wherever she goes, taking her social media audience with her. She brings her violin to unexpected locations to touch, inspire, and bring people joy and hope. From performing for passengers stranded at the Calgary International Airport at Christmas time to bringing a man to tears with her version of the classic hymn “Holy, Holy, Holy” at Rome’s iconic Colosseum, to taking song requests from a U.S. retired veteran at a Cracker Barrel restaurant in Nashville, you never know where Rosemary will show up to touch people with her music. She moves people with her music and adds a little ‘Sparkle’ wherever she goes!

Reawaken Hymns

Whether you are looking for worship music for your Church, for your home Bible study group or for your personal time of praise and worship, Reawaken Hymns have you covered. Reawaken Hymns is a worship resource by Nathan Drake. For more information about this ministry, please read the below excerpt from their website.

The classic hymns have a unique place in the modern church, amidst the plethora of contemporary worship songs, hymns can provide a bridge between the new and the old. They can bring a depth of theology to the younger generations and a familiar connection for the older generations. A unique blend of tradition and progression.

Many hymns sound surprisingly relevant in today’s worship as a reawakening of early musical traditions is happening both in popular music and church music.

Reawaken aims to demonstrate that hymns don’t need to sound “old”.  It is a free resource to worship leaders and musicians to help incorporate hymns as a natural part of the modern worship service as opposed to an unnatural sounding concession born from conflict. The vast majority of the hymn melodies are kept original, so that all ages can sing together. Just a classic hymn in a modern musical context.
