Dr. Phil Fernandes, Christian apologist, teacher, and pastor was the featured speaker at the 35th Annual Kitsap Leadership Prayer Breakfast on Sept 30, 2021 in Bremerton, Washington. Doc Fernandes currently serves as the Vice President of the International Society of Christian Apologetics. He is also the founder and President of the Institute of Biblical Defense, and the director of the Doctor of Ministry in Apologetics program for Veritas International University. He has authored several books dealing with the defense of the Christian Faith.
